Refund policy
All sales are final — but we’ve got your back if something’s not right.
Each copy of Color the Central Coast is packed with care, but if your book arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll make it right. Please contact us through the contact form within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can figure out what went wrong (printing, packaging, or shipping).
Once your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace your book or issue a refund.
Because we’re a small, one-woman business, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect. Thanks so much for understanding and for supporting local creativity on the Central Coast.
